Executive Committee and Board Meeting Calendar

The Executive Committee Meetings are scheduled for the third Thursday of even months. Below is the schedule for the 2026 Executive Committee Meetings. Meetings are generally held at 9:30 AM at the HRCJTA, or other announced locations.

The Executive Director shall send out the agenda, and related documents via E-Mail two weeks prior to each Executive Committee meeting.
